You can reactivate a trainee that you have deleted or whose account has expired. You will need to purchase a new course licence for this (unless you deleted someone who hadn't started a course, in which case it returned the course licence to your spare licences). Note, if your trainee still has a current course licence and you want to extend it, please click here.
In the Trainees and courses page, click on the Course and trainee options dropdown menu.
Choose View/renew expired or deleted trainees.
You can renew one trainee at a time by clicking on Renew Course Licence or you can select one or more trainees and click Renew selected.

If a certificate is available, you can download it.
Renewing multiple trainees
Once you have chosen the trainees you want to renew, click on Renew Selected
If there are pre-requisites involved, select those:
Follow the prompts in the shopping cart.
If you want to see the names of the trainees you are renewing, click on the Show renewing trainee(s) link under the course name in the cart.
