This course covers all the knowledge required in the forklift operator's certificate. You must complete all the modules before your supervisor or manager can validate your course and generate the final certificate. You may have to complete a practical assessment before your employer issues you with the certificate and ID card.
The course material covers everything required in the Approved Code of Practice. This course should be retaken every 3 years or earlier.

You can hide the attachments module if your operators only use forks. This will save several minutes off the course time.
The process
Once you have purchased your course licence(s):
- Invite or add your operator to the course
- Once they have finished the theory, you'll get an email.
- Conduct the practical assessment (download it from the link above)
- Validate the course to create the operator's certificate.
You can now download the operator's certificate and ID card.
