You can reactivate a trainee that you have removed or whose account has expired. You will need to purchase a new course licence for this (unless you removed someone who hadn't started a course, in which case it returned the course licence to your spare licences).
Note, if your trainee still has a current course licence and you want to extend it, please click here.
In the Trainees and courses page, click on the Options dropdown menu.
Choose Expired/removed trainees.

On the page, the columns are:
- Email or username
- Name
- % complete
- Access ended (the date the course licence expired, or the trainee was removed)
- Renewal due (if the course requires a refresher periodically)
- Removed by (who the trainee was removed by)
- Status (either access expired if the course expired naturally, or removed if the trainee was removed by a manager or the account holder)
Sorting and filtering
You can export this to CSV, or sort it on the page.

If you have a large number of trainees, you can filter by different groups.

Each trainee has an Options menu which will have the following (with the exception of Operator's Certificate and ID card if that course doesn't support it):

You can also select multiple or all trainees and renew the course licence or permanently delete the trainee.
Renewing a course licence will reset all the module results to zero.
Renewing multiple trainees
Once you have chosen the trainees you want to renew, click on Renew Selected

If there are prerequisites involved, select those:

Then you will need to confirm you want to renew the trainees.

Follow the prompts in the shopping cart to check out.
If you want to see the names of the trainees you are renewing, click on the Show renewing trainee(s) link under the course name in the cart.

You can remove them from the list by clicking Remove
