This course covers all the knowledge required for the EWP (scissor lift, boom lift, cherry picker, truck-mounted boom lift and vertical mast lift) operator's certificate. You must complete all the modules before your supervisor or manager can validate your course and generate the final certificate. You must successfully complete a practical assessment before your employer issues you with the operator's certificate and ID card.
The course material covers everything required in the Best Practice Guide, which is endorsed by WorkSafe. This course should be retaken every 3 years or earlier.

The process
Once you have purchased your course licence(s):
- Invite or add your operator to the course
- Once they have finished the theory, you'll get an email.
- Conduct the practical assessment (download it from the link above)
- Validate the course to create the operator's certificate.
You can now download the operator's certificate and ID card.
