This course covers driving in bad weather, which can happen at any time of the year, from high winds, torrential rain and fog to snow and ice, sunstrike and flooding. It's suitable for drivers of cars, utes, vans, minibuses, buses and trucks.
The course takes approximately 2 hours online and can be used in conjunction with additional in-vehicle training for specific conditions.
As well as focusing on the hazards on the road, the course outlines emergency procedures, route planning, vehicle checks and vehicle control, i.e. specific driving techniques.
