You can download a list of all your trainees by logging in, clicking View all drivers then clicking Download driver list.
This will give you a spreadsheet with:
- Username
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Groups the trainee belongs to
- Courses the trainee is enrolled in
- Date invited (the date an email invitation was sent)
- Dated accepted (the date they accepted an invitation or were directly added by a manager)
- Date expired (the date the course ran out)
- Days until the next course licence expires
- Current status (e.g. current, invited, expired, deleted)
