If a trainee has not started their course (i.e. completion is at 0%), you can remove them and it will return the course licence to your spare course licences total. You can then invite another trainee. However, if the trainee has started a module, they will be remove and the course licence is considered 'used'. You will need to purchase another course licence if you want to invite another trainee.
Remove trainees from Enrolled trainees or View all trainees.
Search for or find the trainee in the list.
Check that the trainee's completion is at 0%. Anything more, and the course licence is used.
The first trainee will be removed and the course licence is expired. The second trainee hasn't started, so you'll be able to reuse the course licence.
Then click Options > Remove.
You'll get a warning which you have to confirm.
