If a trainee has not started their course, you can delete them and it will return the course licence to your spare course licences total. You can then invite another trainee. However, if the trainee has started a module, they will be deleted and the course licence is considered 'used'. You will need to purchase another course licence if you want to invite another trainee.
Delete trainees from Manage Trainees or View all trainees.
Search for the trainee, then click Trainee options > Delete.
You'll get a confirmation that you can delete the trainee and reassign the course licence.
If they have already started the course you will see a notification like this warning you that the course licence cannot be reused
