Log in or create an account using the Log in link on the top right:
You can create an account using:
- Email and password
If you've received an email invitation, simply enter your chosen password when prompted.
Follow the prompts on-screen when you click sign in with Facebook or Google.
If you want to create an account using an email and password, click Create profile.
You can log in using all the above, or if you have a company account and you're a trainee, you may have been given a username and password rather than an email and password.
Stay signed in for much longer by checking the box 'Keep me signed in'. If you don't check this, you'll be logged out after around 30 minutes of inactivity, whereas if you check it, it will take several hours of inactivity until you're logged out.
Forgotten password? How to reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, click on Forgotten password and then enter either the username or the email address associated with your account. If you own the email address that your account is registered to, you'll receive an email within a couple of minutes. If you have a username, then whoever owns the backup email in your account will receive the password reset message. You'll need to contact them (it'll probably be your transport or fleet manager). Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
