Module statuses
- Take module: you haven't started this module yet.
- Complete: you've successfully completed everything in this module; you don't need to do anything else
- Pending assessment: you've submitted answers in this module that need to be checked by an assessor. Wait until you receive email notification that it's either complete or incomplete.
- Incomplete: you got one or more questions incorrect, or the assessor is looking for additional information.
Marking
Questions are usually marked the following day after submission. You'll be notified if questions are marked as not yet complete and need to be resubmitted.
Note: You have 3 attempts to get them correct.
Common errors:
- Not reading the question correctly
- Submitting the exact same incorrect answer the second time
- Not answering enough, e.g. if it says "identify and explain how..." simply identifying is not enough.
If you fail the theory or practical, you can retake it for the respective portion of the overall price.
