Improved course search
When you search on the courses page, you can now use synonyms. For example, forkhoist will now display forklift courses, and snow will display Driving in Difficult Conditions (previously the search had to be the exact title)
Changing terminology
We have begun to change 'driver' to 'trainee'. You'll notice this in menu items and a few other places. The full transition won't be complete until the next version, though.
Changed menus
We have consolidated Your skills and Your courses to one menu item: Your courses.
Enrolled courses are is the original 'Your courses' page.
All the original pages are available there with slightly revised names to make it clearer what the page does.
The Manage menu has also been changed, as per the above image.
Email reminders and settings
You will be reminded 30 days before your course licence expires if you haven't finished the course. This can be toggled on/off in email settings
Managers now have email profile settings and can take control over which notification emails they receive.
Invoice lists
The main account holder now sees all invoices, while managers will see invoices that they have generated. Bear in mind that a pro forma is generated when you request an invoice and you should not pay this, but wait for the invoice that we generate from Xero so that we can apply your account settings.
