This course covers all the knowledge required in the Approved Code of Practice to operate an electric or manual pallet jack. You must complete all the modules before your supervisor or manager can validate your course and generate the final certificate. You may have to complete a practical assessment before your employer issues you with the certificate.
This course should be retaken every 3 years or earlier.
