If a course requires a practical assessment then it may have a validation statement which must be filled out by someone other than the driver. This is for you to validate that the assessment has taken place.

Practical assessment guides are here

See instructions here for validating a course.

Once the course is validated then that document's download button will become available and you can print the validation statement. You can also download the course validation statement from the Your Courses page. As an example, for the Forklift Operator's Certificate, the Course Validation Statement is the actual Forklift Operator's Certificate, while the certificate button downloads a certificate of achievement showing that the theory modules have been completed.

Changing the details on a course validation statement

If you make a mistake or you need to add more information, simply click Revalidate and you can regenerate the course validation statement.

Note that you can't change the dates that the modules were completed.
