Once you have finished the forklift operators certificate course, electric pallet jack course, sideloader operator's certificate course or truck loader crane operator's certificate course, creating an operator's certificate (i.e. validating the course) also creates an ID which can be printed and laminated (we don't provide a plastic ID card in order to keep costs down).
Managers
Go to: Manage > locate the course, click Course and trainee options > Manage Trainees > ID Card.
Trainees
Go to Your courses > Enrolled courses click ID Card.
Note: you must have completed all the modules 100% and the course must have been validated otherwise the ID card button will not be present.
If you load a photo into your profile, this will appear on the ID card.
The certificate # should match that on your operator's certificate.
You must load your name into Profile for it to appear on the certificate and ID card.
