Already expired or deleted course licences

Option 1:

To renew a course licence, simply purchase an additional course licence. Once the trainee's course licence has expired, go to Options > Add via username. Choose Existing trainee. Begin typing their email or username. Add them to the course. The new course licence will give them full access to the course again for the prescribed period (usually 6 months or 12 months, depending on the course). All module scores will be reset to zero.  

Option 2: 

Choose Renew course licence for the relevant trainee.

Option 3:

Select multiple trainees on the left using the checkboxes and click Renew selected.

This will show in the cart. You can view who is renewing by clicking on Show renewing trainee(s)

Expiring course licences

Expiring course licences can be extended without losing module scores.  View the list of currently enrolled trainees (Options > Enrolled trainees) and click on the trainee's Options menu. Click Extend. This will add a course licence to the cart which will automatically be applied to the relevant trainee when you check out.
